Shipping Information:

We send the items from our online shop with DPD. You will be informed about the status of your delivery via DPD's shipment tracking and can manually adjust the time and place of delivery during the ongoing process and change them according to your wishes. If you are not at home, both other senders and DPD leave a message that the parcel will be delivered again or that it can be picked up at the parcel center. The packages are temporarily stored for about 7 days before they are sent back to us.

Delivery times:

We will process your order as soon as possible after receipt. The processing time is between 1-2 working days.

Shipping:

We deliver within Germany, Austria, Great Britain and Switzerland. stadtecken sends the goods with DPD as standard. In the case of larger and bulky pieces of furniture, delivery is made by a forwarding agent. For delivery within Germany and Austria we charge a flat rate of 3.00 EUR per order. From an order value of 20.00 EUR, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For parcel deliveries to Great Britain, a flat rate of EUR 5.00 per parcel and delivery is charged.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch.

For bulky goods there is an additional EUR 20.00 and an additional EUR 40.00 for forwarding.

Express shipping (only for Germany):

In urgent cases, we offer shipping via DPD Express (only within Germany). This shipping method is available for orders with a total basket weight of up to 5kg. There are shipping costs of 15.00 €.
